Elizabeth Jaeger

Elizabeth Jaeger is an artist living and working in New York.  Her work explores narrative gestures of the figure, and ranges from sculpture to book making, clothing and silk painting. Elizabeth has shown and published her work in galleries and journals throughout the United States, from Portland, Oregon to New York City. She studied textiles at The Art Institute of Chicago and is a graduate of Lewis and Clark College. Currently, Elizabeth co-owns and runs two companies, Peradam and Only Ombré.

Peradam is a small press Elizabeth started with longtime friend, Sam Finn. The pair produces handmade artist books that range in spectrum from diaries to conceptual diagrams.

Only Ombré is a fashion line produced collaboratively by Elizabeth Jaeger and Lucinda Trask. Each of the garments is designed with the wearer at the crux of its conception and produced using a hand-dying technique that allows for large yet individualized quantities.
